The Jobs Protection Office oversees the Ontario Quebec Construction Labour Mobility Agreement to ensure that Ontario and Quebec have equal access to work on construction projects in both provinces. The agreement covers a variety of activities, including:

Enforcement of Ontario and Quebec statutes
General contracting
Specialized contracting
Contract tendering
Trade activities
Certification
